Founded in 1899, Mount Ida College is a small, private college in Newton, Massachusetts, just minutes from Boston which provides career focused programs built upon a strong foundation in the social sciences, humanities and the arts, all developed and implemented to prepare our approximately 1,400 students for success in their chosen fields of endeavor.

The Fashion Industries Department within the School of Design seeks qualified part-time instructors to teach a variety of courses in the Fashion Industry Marketing & Management program. The department is seeking educators and professionals with fashion industry experience to teach courses during the 2017 – 2018 academic year.

Immediately, the department is seeking candidates with experience in fashion marketing, fashion communication, and graphic design to teach Fashion Communication Design, which will be offered in the fall 2017 semester.

Fall 2017 courses begin on September 5, 2017 and the last day of the final exam period concludes on December 15, 2017. The course is scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 am – 10:50 am in the School of Design building.
